All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unwanted items.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
